COMPANY HISTORY

In late 2004 a couple of former co-workers met again, after a few years of absence.

They discussed the possibility of a full service low-voltage company that actually cared for their clients.

These two gentlemen were Gene Wilkins and Jon Ottati.

They were previously employed by another company but came from very different electronics backgrounds. With twelve years experience (each) and expertise ranging from home security systems, home theater rooms, media rooms, and whole house automation and control to small business networks, video display walls, corporate board rooms, and lighting control…. they had the know how for any customer. Within a month they had formed a partnership with the name Innovative Custom Electronic Systems.

After two years of satisfied clients, and building their client network they decided it was time to incorporate. With their clients’ needs growing and the projects getting larger it was to everyone’s advantage to restructure the company to support these larger projects. Since the name was a bit long but covers what they were all about it was shortened to I.C.E. and the corporation I.C.E. Systems, Inc. was born. A long with the name change the entire face of the company was revamped and made more readily marketable and presentable. They joined several industry groups and made a few dealership agreements along the way, but always keeping our client needs as the focus for what products and manufacturers they would represent.

Their years of experience the constant training and willingness to learn new products has made them unique to their competitors. They have multiple options for every customer, the experience to install or service your system, the tools necessary for your application, and product knowledge for most any application and or product line.

Through their product distributors and custom product dealerships they truly fit your needs as the end user. They are able to build new custom systems or bring your older systems up to date.
